The Maryland Head Start Association (MHSA) holds conferences, institutes, and workshops across the state to help Head Start/ Early Head Start programs improve quality in programs, address community needs, and help parents and staff advance in their careers. This year’s Winter Institute will cover such topic as: Head Start Performance Standards, evaluating your partnerships, challenging behaviors and more. Excellent networking and learning opportunities for seasoned and new staff including Directors, Health Managers, Disabilities Managers, Education, Family Service Managers and front-line staff.
